For Prepaid Orders: We ship your order within 1 day without any verification delays, and aim to deliver it within 4–5 days.

For Cash on Delivery Orders: Please allow 1–2 days for order verification, 1 day for processing, and a few more days for shipping. You can expect your order within a week.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for a free replacement. To claim this, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll promptly send you the correct or new product at no extra cost.
